Please adjust captcha difficulty

I just spent 10 minutes trying to sign back into my account and struggling to get past the captcha. I have a valid and relatively active account. I went through five pages of “find the X” before giving up, refreshing, failing the audio prompt and then finally somehow making it past another round of the picture prompts.

Just wanted to suggest turning the captcha setting down a little bit.

Welcome to the MongoDB community! Apologies if the CAPTCHA was a hassle – I will share your feedback with the team that manages our MongoDB Account login & registration services.

Our current CAPTCHAs are provided by the Google reCAPTCHA service and I believe we are using a configuration variation which tries to avoid prompting for user interaction where possible.

However, reCAPTCHA tends to be more challenging if you are using ad blockers. Can you confirm your browser version and any ad/privacy blocking plugins used?
