first of: we’ve been using mongodb now for a couple of years without any major problems, awesome, thank you guys!
We do currently have a bi-connector instance installed to, to be able to connect multiple bi-tools like powerbi and tableau.
This does work like a charm within desktop environments using the mongo-odbc-driver.
We internally rolled this out to multiple departments without further issues.
Now to the problem: We are unable to install the driver on any windows 2012 r2 server instance.
The following error occurs while installing, after downloading the msi and following the installer:
“The setup routines for the MongoDB ODBC 1.4.1 Unicode Driver ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 126: The specified module could not be found. (C:\Program\Files\MongoDB\ODBC\1.4\bin\mdbodbcS.dll)”
Does anyone have any idea on what to look for here?
