After upgrade i cant connect to monggodb

I use the free version, I can connect to monggodb, then after upgrading to m10, I can’t connect to data

Are you able to provide any errors you’re receiving upon attempting to connect to the M10 cluster? In addition to this, can you also provide further information with regards to how you are connecting? (via Driver, MongoDB shell, MongoDB Compass, etc).

i connected but it only works for http address and https only loads internally, not connecting to the server

Do you have any relevant screenshot or error logs that could assist with troubleshooting this issue?
