Vagrant up command erroring out during installation of "infrastructure" machine

Vagrant up installation works fine while configuring the “database” part but it errors out while configuring the “infrastructure” part, below are the error details:

==> infrastructure: Setting the name of the VM: m310-vagrant-env_infrastructure_1606400066797_63601
==> infrastructure: Fixed port collision for 22 => 2222. Now on port 2200.
==> infrastructure: Clearing any previously set network interfaces…
==> infrastructure: Preparing network interfaces based on configuration…
** infrastructure: Adapter 1: nat**
** infrastructure: Adapter 2: hostonly**
==> infrastructure: Forwarding ports…
** infrastructure: 22 (guest) => 2200 (host) (adapter 1)**
==> infrastructure: Running ‘pre-boot’ VM customizations…
==> infrastructure: Booting VM…
==> infrastructure: Waiting for machine to boot. This may take a few minutes…
** infrastructure: SSH address: 127.0.0.1:2200**
** infrastructure: SSH username: vagrant**
** infrastructure: SSH auth method: private key**
Timed out while waiting for the machine to boot. This means that
Vagrant was unable to communicate with the guest machine within
the configured (“config.vm.boot_timeout” value) time period.

If you look above, you should be able to see the error(s) that
Vagrant had when attempting to connect to the machine. These errors
are usually good hints as to what may be wrong.

If you’re using a custom box, make sure that networking is properly
working and you’re able to connect to the machine. It is a common
problem that networking isn’t setup properly in these boxes.
Verify that authentication configurations are also setup properly,
as well.

If the box appears to be booting properly, you may want to increase
the timeout (“config.vm.boot_timeout”) value.

also check below command
C:\m310-vagrant-env>vagrant ssh infrastructure
ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset

kindly confirm how this can be resolved as i ran “vagrant destory” and made it up again but issue remains the same with “infrastructure” part.

Are you still facing issues?

Did you run vbguest plugin step
Make sure hyper-v is disabled and virtualisation enabled in BIOS
What does your vagrant status show

You can try if they are up and running
ssh vagrant@IP of infrastructure
Please search our forum
Step by step checks/troubleshooting given in some threads

Thanks for the reply.

hyper-v is disabled and virtualisation is enabled.

vagrant ssh only works for database but when i do it for infrastructure i get below error

PS D:\m310-vagrant-env> vagrant ssh infrastructure
ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset

vagrant status shows both the envs are running but actually only database is running.
PS D:\m310-vagrant-env> vagrant status
Current machine states:

database running (virtualbox)
infrastructure running (virtualbox)

i destroyed everything and reinstalled again but issue remains the same.

May be version compatibility issues

Did you try 2 steps i mentioned?
vagrant plugin update vagrant-vbguest
vagrant destroy infrastructure
vagrant up infrastructure

If infra status is up try
ssh vagrant@192.168.31.200
