Unable to use terminal after 'exiting' vagrant

I was able to bring vagrant up and ssh in, but after choosing to exit I’m presented with the following:

logout
Saving session…
…copying shared history…
…saving history…truncating history files…
…completed.

[Process completed]

From here I am unable to do anything within my terminal. Can anyone explain why this is happening/any changes I need to make?

Thanks

You exited the vagrant session
Try to login again
from your vagrant env dir what does vagrant status show?
if it shows running just login to vagrant by vagrant ssh
If it shows stopped/not running restart by vagrant up

The issue is that I physically can’t enter in anything else after exiting. Anything I try to type after [Process completed] does not get entered. I’m fairly new to this, so it could be something simple that I’m overlooking. I appreciate the feedback though!

What is your os?
Please check this link.May help

Hi @Austin_Velez_30979,

As I can check, you have successfully completed the Lab: Setting Up the Vagrant Environment .

You can try to reopen the terminal and then navigate to m103-vagrant-env directory and run the following command:

mXXX-vagrant-env$ vagrant destroy

Then re-try bringing up the vagrant environment, ssh into vagrant instance.
Also, share the OS that you are using.

I hope it helps!!

Please let me know, if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Sonali
