Unable to connect to ide

I tried to connect altas using IDE. It does not connect. please help me

May be temporary network issues preventing connection
Is your cluster healthy in Atlas
Do you see any errors?

No I don’t see any errors. I am able to connect in command prompt.

Share the connect string
So from your PC command prompt it works but not in IDE.Is that correct?
Have you whitelisted your IP

The IDE does not hvae the same IP as your PC. It is a VM somewhere on the cloud. You shoul white list 0.0.0.O, that is allow connection from anywhere.
