Unable to connect to cluster in Lab-1

I have followed the instructions as is mentioned in lab-1 but unable to connect through compass. Repeatedly getting the message “Server selection timed out after 30000ms”. Ping command worked fine for me & I am not behind any company firewall. I am trying to connect from home from my personal laptop.

Hi Ramachandra,

I am trying to connect to the 1st cluster from compass installed on the desktop, not sandbox. I am following the instructions as is mentioned in the course. May be I will try connecting to 00-01 instead of 00-00.
