Unable to connect server even after providing correct details

Hi @Gaurav_88483,

I just tested it and I’m able to connect.

Try two things:

1. Enter the port number 27017 and try to connect again
2. Using command prompt, ping the host and take a screenshot of the results:
   ping cluster0-shard-00-00-jxeqq.mongodb.net

My suspect is your firewall is blocking this connection.

This is what I think is happening. Turn off the firewall and try again.

Are you doing this from home or the office? And are you using a work or personal laptop?
