Source ~/.bash_profile NO SUCH FILE OR DIRECTORY

hi guys,

I did everything Shannon did in the video, but when I execute source ~/.bash_profile, it says, NO SUCH FILE OR DIRECTORY even though I did create .bash_profile in my home directory.
Anyone else ran into same issue?

Does the file exist in your hd?
ls -la
If yes source it

Try to check from a new session

I am having a similar issue. I can see the file in the directory but continue to have the issue.

I have installedmongodb-osx-x86_64-enterprise-4.0.10 on my mac after that i tried searching for .bash_profile file which is not found to change the variables explained in course. when i tried creating one but it is not reflecting and not getting results while doing echo from terminal.
