I’ve started with the Course, but can’t finished the first steps in Time.
Now I see this at the Page:
I still see the checkboxes in this Page, but they are disabled.
How can I resume or restart this Lesson to be able to answer the Labs?
I can still answer the Quiz, but not the Questions in the Labs.

Once the deadline for any lab has passed then you cannot make submissions for it and it is automatically marked as failed. You will still have access to the video lectures and you can submit answers for the quizzes which are ungraded.
As I can see, you have missed all the labs in chapter 1, so in this case I would recommend you to enroll in the current offering of M001 which started on December 31st, 2019.
