I just want to check if I can register for more than one online courses simultaneously and complete them as per the schedule? Are there any prerequisites/dependencies in this case?

Yes you can do two courses in parallel
It depends on how much time you can devote
Will be bit hectic to complete the labs and meet the week wise deadlines
I am not sure about developers courses but from DBA perspective you can do
mongo basics,cluster administration and then security,performance
Before registering you can see details of the course and prerequisites
Without doing basic course if you register for advanced courses it is not advisable
Without doing basic cluster admin registering for advanced courses is also not advisable
