Please make sure dotini file is renamed to .ini file.

I renamed it already. Still same error.
My project location is in C:\Users\user\Anaconda3\litty\mflix-python. and i am running from this location , conda created mflix C:\Users\user\Anaconda3\litty\mflix-python
is it correct

i resolved the problem. The filename should be no name only .ini

ren dotini_win .ini
