Problems with virtual box and Error VT-x for vagrant

Hello

I have the following problem that I have not been able to correct.
I have win 10 and a virtual machine with ubuntu 18.04 (using virtual box)
after creating the virtual environment of vagrant I get the error of Error VT-x. despite having it enabled in the bios.

after creating the environment with vagrant I get the error that vt-x is not supported in virtual box.

Could you help me how can I solve this problem?

Thank you

Hi @Raitme_51037,

Can you please share screenshots of the error that you are getting so that I can have a better understanding of the issue?

Meanwhile, if you have not already checked for below:

  • Enable virtualization in the BIOS.
  • Make sure you have Hyper-V turned off in Windows 10

Please follow the below mentioned link for further guidance and get back to me if the issue persists https://superuser.com/questions/1153470/vt-x-is-not-available-but-is-enabled-in-bios
