'pip' is not recognized as an internal or external command

Chapter 1 README instructions aren’t working for me on Windows 10.

(mflix) C:\Users\mflix\Downloads\mflix-python>pip install -r requirements.txt
‘pip’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Did you install Anaconda as per the ReadMe? If you did:

  1. Open Anaconda Navigator

  2. As per the screenshot above, click Environments
  3. As per the screenshot above, select All from the dropdown
  4. As per the screenshot above, type pip inside the textbox
  5. Tick the checkbox for pip, and you’ll see an Apply button appear at the bottom-right, click that
