Where can I found the OpsManager license agreement?

The Ops Manager license agreement is the Customer Agreement which you agree to when downloading Ops Manager. There’s an explicit checkbox on the download form:
Check here to indicate that you have read and agree to the terms of the Customer Agreement.
Per the terms of the Customer Agreement (section “2. Subscriptions”), you can install the software for free evaluation and development purposes, but use for any other purpose (including production) requires an Enterprise Advanced subscription. Please refer to the Customer Agreement for full legal terms and conditions.
