In this instance, I’m getting error stating DNSHostNotFound: failed to lookup service …

Please post a screenshot.

You either have a typo or your service provider uses an outdated DNS server.

This is not DNSHostNotFound error.

You have to fix your path. A couple of post in this forums shows how to do it.

And the sandbox-xxxx.mongodb.net is not a valid cluster address. Go back in Atlas and press connect to find the address.
