Not able to create Cluster via Atlas

Hi Team,
I am not able to create Cluster in Atlas. When I follow the steps and try to select Cluster Tier as M0 - This option is disabled in my account. It rather asks me to pay.

Could you please help me in setting up free account with M0 as Cluster Tier ?
This is not allowing me to move ahead with next topics in the chapter.

Not able to delete this post, but I tried with steps listed from the first step again and it worked.
So please delete this post as I am able to proceed ahead.
