MongoDB Restore from Block Store Snapshot showing no data

Hi,
I restored the mongodb backup taken from the OPS Manager which is stored in the blockstore but once restored, it shows the database size as zero and all the collections are empty even though size in the disk drive is almost same as in the production.

We are using 3.4 version of OPS manger to manage replica set deployed with mongodb version 3.0.15.

Sorry to revive this old thread, but I’m having the exact same issue. Were you able to solve it?

Trying to load my downloaded snapshot via mongod --dbpath and it just shows an empty dataset with the default databases and collections.
