Hello,
I cannot connect to Atlas Cluster with the latest version of MongoDB Compass (v1.19.12).
However, if I use the same string in the shell I connect to the primary without problem.
Could be a problem in the application or my home router configuration? I am executing Compass under Windows 10.

Thanks for notifying the issue. Please try with Compass-1.16.4 version and let me know if it works.

I have tried connecting within another network and now it works. Maybe the router was blocking the traffic.
The fact is that the application stood frozen with the white semitransparent overlay, like if it had an infinite loop wating for connection.
