I´m facing an issue with Ticket Connection although unit test for this lab runs well when a tried to get the validation code in status page the app is not working and it doesn’t give me the validation code and also in the Anaconda prompt is showing this error:
Please help me qith this issue.

Hi Jose,
It looks from your screenshot that the error is related to Flask and your anaconda3 environment. Can you verify if it has the libraries installed for that python environment (pip install -r requirements.txt) ?
