M001: Lab: Connect to your Atlas Cluster

Hello

I can’t finish the Lab “Connect to your Atlas Cluster” on the top of the page I have the follow message

and on bottom of the same page I just have follow

I can’t use the IDE
I don’t have any other connection
I tried open as incognito mode, but the same issue.

Anybody can help me?

I suggest you to clear your browser cache and cookies, and then try to log in again.

I tried open it on another computer, chrome, fire fox and internet explorer, but I have the same issue

I have tried fixing it from our end.
Can you try once again. But, firstly log out from all devices then re-login.

After log out and relogin, firstable open the atlas cluster session

If I switch to the course I see again the same message

I am sorry that the issue still persist.
Can you try resetting your password and then try logging into the university account.

Sometimes, if you close the tab without logging out, the data still remain stored in the browser cache memory preventing it from opening in any other tab or browser [due to security reasons].

Kindly make sure that you clear your cache from the browser memory to ensure no hindrance from that again.
