Lab - Shard a Collection - only one node is listed

Hi.
I only see one node in { “_id” : “m103-repl-2”, “host” : “m103-repl-2/192.168.103.100:27004”, “state” : 1 }
instead of all three. I checked and my m103-repl-2 has 3 nodes.
What am i doing wrong or how do I fix it so all three nodes are listed?

Thanks for your help,.

Are other two mongods with ports 27005,27006 up and running?
What does rs.status(),rs.conf() show for replicaset-m103-repl-2
Are the replicaset names same in all 3 config files
Did you run rs.initiate() and added other two nodes
Please check your config files(port,name,clusterrole etc)
