I STORAGE [main] In File::open(), CreateFileW for 'H:\\.mongorc.js' failed

When I run mongo --nodb from command prompt, the following error is returned:
I STORAGE [main] In File::open(), CreateFileW for ‘H:\.mongorc.js’ failed with The system cannot find the path specified.
