I have installed a fresh mongodb enterprise 4.4.4 but unable to connect to atlas cluster of mongodb university tutorial

I am trying to connect mongo “mongodb://cluster0-shard-00-00-jxeqq.mongodb.net:27017,cluster0-shard-00-01-jxeqq.mongodb.net:27017,cluster0-shard-00-02-jxeqq.mongodb.net:27017/aggregations?replicaSet=Cluster0-shard-0” --authenticationDatabase admin --ssl -u m121 -p aggregations --norc
provided in aggregation cluster, I have 4.4.4 version of mongodb installed .I am getting the following error

*** You have failed to connect to a MongoDB Atlas cluster. Please ensure that your IP whitelist allows connections from your network.
The test for accessing port http://portquiz.net:27017/ is working fine for me

May be it was a temporary issue. I was able to connect with the same command. Please try again. The double quotes might be an issue. I would try again typing the quotes manually rather than cut-n-pasting.

i guess it was some netwok latency, surprisely now the same command is working , Thank You
