last February 9th while taking the “C100DEV: MongoDB Developer Certification” exam I had a power failure for a short period of time and when the power came back on I contacted the site chat asking for help to continue my exam. I was waiting for 20 minutes until I was finally able to connect with the proctor and when I went to retake the exam, the time had already expired, I want to know if there is any way to take the exam again and when I can return it to schedule? I appreciate the attention given.
I wrote an email to support@examity.com but I have not had any response.
