The end date for this Chapter was 23rd July 17:00 UTC which is now over. That is why you won’t be able to submit any graded assignments.

You can still continue with the course. But the Graded assignments which you have not submitted will be considered as 0 in the Final Grade.
Also, if you wish, you can register for the next offering at any time.
