HW 2.3, not authorized on to execute command

When I try to run validation script for homework 2.3 I get
not authorized on admin to execute command
What user should I create for validation script to run?

Enabling X.509 $execute not authorized

Solved.
I just needed to start mongod with authorization disabled.
