How can we cancel the legacy Realm Cloud subscription?

I am trying to cancel the legacy $30/month Realm Cloud subscription. I sent a request to sales@realm.io as suggested in this thread and received an automated reply.

Please contact Sales by visiting us at this website: https://www.mongodb.com/products/how-to-buy.

I contacted the MongoDB team through Messenger. The person I spoke to didn’t know anything about the Realm Cloud subscription and suggested me to contact https://realm.io/support. And this site tells me to contact MongoDB. I am in a Kafkaesque infinite loop.

After a few exchanges (and some unnecessary frustration) with MongoDB support via Messenger, I was able to cancel my subscription.

I just emailed support at cloud@realm.io. They were very prompt in closing out my Realm cloud account - can’t complain.
