Different terminal window

The different terminal window is that only for Mac OS?

How to follow 1:50~3:31 steps by VirtualBox Ubuntu 14.04.6, vagrant@m103? I don’t know how to open a different terminal window on it.

In Windows, its command prompt. You need to open a new window of CMD.
