I would recommend reviewing our Api automotion document:

Automation Configuration Resource — MongoDB Ops Manager 6.0

This is the resource that when adjusted should deploy the added cluster.

However, I would suggest exploring our mongo-cli for ops manager

For easy operation for easy API operations
