Create separate cluster for each course

Hi,
I have enrolled for 2-3 courses at a time. So why it is not possible to create 1 cluster coursewise per user?
kindly help.

I got answer by creating new project under an organization like this

Organization ===> Project ===> Cluster(Free tier) for each course
