whenever I want to create new topic. The TextView for entering topic shows in bottom instead of top . and when I scroll to bottom the new post pages shows instead of new topic textview. I think it is better to put that in top of posts like the github and other apps

But I am afraid we cannot do much about it. Discourse is a service we are using for dicussion about the courses.
