Create (add new) user admin for a database

Hi, I’m new to this and tried to search for a way to add new admin to my database but still can’t get it done. i tried the db.CreateUser in robo 3t but it requires authentication. i tried connecting mongo shell to atlas to use the command and I failed to connect it (can’t get the error log). I just need to add new user admin so i won’t have to share the main admin credentials

Database users are created through Atlas.
