Connecting felure: I' am discouraged

Hello; this is my nth attempt to take your classes. But the compass connection problems block me before the delays.i did everything as indicated. I am discouraged. take this problem seriously please.

First of all sorry about your experience. Can you please share these details:

  • Screenshot of the connection parameters that you have filled in.
  • Screenshot of the error message that you are seeing on your compass connection screen.

For some users, they face the connection issue because of the firewall on their network which blocks the outgoing connection request. I would recommend you to try connecting from some other network such as your home network and see if that resolves the issue.

Are you using your office network?

Can you please try accessing the following site: http://portquiz.net:27017.

If it fails, it likely means the port 27017 is blocked by the firewall of your organization or by the firewall on your machine.
