Completed first chapter but not reflecting

Hi Everyone,
I complete the first chapter of M001 but it says 1 item is pending.
Can you please tell me how to close or complete this?

Hi @Sahendra_04953,

As I can see you have not completed one of the labs Lab 1.7: Scavenger Hunt, Part 3 and you have two incorrect submissions for graded labs in M001. You can still complete the above mentioned lab.
