Compass 1.16.3 doesn't displays a percentage breakdown of the various data types

I tried the Windows and Linux versions of Compass 1.16.3, and the hover that shows the % of data type is not working. The hover does work on the data bars. I found a topic from November 2018 that links to a Jira ticket that shows as closed. Is this a known defect that has returned in this version of Compass?

Please try 1.17-beta Compass version. The issue is fixed in this version.

Once you enhance the view (by clicking the highlighted Arrow shown in screenshot) it works. It will also work when you click twice (narrow the view).

As i did this on MacOS (Version 1.16.3) i suppose it will work on Win/Linux too.
