The trainer in the video states “If you want to learn more about RBAC, refer to our course on Security, with link mentioned below this video”
Again, later the trainer states “There are other collation specific concerns with views, that you can read about in the link below.”
However, there are no links below the video as per following screenshot.
Well, that’s a mistake for sure. I’d encourage you to report this using the “Report an issue” tab at the bottom of the screen. Those go directly to the curriculum team who can make a change to the Notes. Thanks.
The Security course is M310 and an overview is available here. It is quite comprehensive and (I think – but I’m prejudiced since I’m the TA 
) fairly challenging. Good luck.
