Once I have created my project and selected the free tier as my cluster option it redirects me back to the screen similar to step 7. I do not have any options on step 9

That is what I see. I m trying to build a cluster, selecting the free tier but I am not presented with the option of naming it. It just goes back to the first UI

Sorry but I didn’t get that…later like when? Following the step-by-step guide it shows than when I select the free tier the next step will be the option of naming the cluster. How can I name something if it is not set up? 
You have to name it before it can be set up.
