Cannot start VM with `vagrant up`

Here’s the log. I switched working OS but using m103-vagrant-env from personal drive, hence, sure there is no file inconsistency problem.

Hi, this is resolved. The steps taken are below.

OSX 10.14.6

  • Until a restart (could also possibly be a Log Out, I did not try), above error recurs.
