Can I Start Chapter 2 after completing Chapter 1?

I have successfully completed Chapter 1, can I move on to Chapter 2 or will have to wait for June 11th?
Am asking so , because it states a start date, but the course provide me ability to move on to Chapter 2.

If you have completed any Chapter, you can move forward to the next one without waiting for the due date.
