Hello
I am new to MongoDB and just watched the introduction of the course MongoDb Basics. Which softwares are needed to be installed before starting this course and what are the skills do I need to acquire before starting this course. Also give a way to learn this course efficiently and perform well for the certification.

You dont need explycitly knowledge to learn mongoDB, you can apply all the sql query logic here but in the way mongodb understandable version. Please follow every video in line …everything has been explained what to or how to or from where to install the software in to your local machine and how to learn from basics.

Software required:

  • Vagrant
  • VirtualBox
  • A relatively modern computer with a 64-bit processor and at least 4GB of RAM.

Knowledge required:

  • Basic understanding of the Linux operating system
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP network communications
