I have been here before, and well…here I am again.
I can’t stop, getting close to end
I have purchased winzip.
But can’t nonetheless download handout
So I don,t place it in the directory
I have installed Vagrant and, subsequently, VirtualBox
Any suggestions are welcomed, be they basic?

Not clear on the problem you are facing
Are you not able to download the handouts?
Just click on the handout link
It will download the file to your downloads dir on windows
If its is a zip file extract(unzip it) then copy it to your shared folder which is mapped to vagrant shared directory
From vagrant box you can start working with the files
What are the issues with your download?
