Accidentally unregistered - lost progress

Hello Mongo University team,

Accidentally unregistered from the M201 course, as I was trying to figure out a way to unregister from the developer learning path.

I had completed 4 chapters under M201, all my progress is lost now. Is there any way to get the progress back? Do not want to do the lectures and labs all over again.
