As far as I can see that there were NO unregistration initiated on your account, though it is very likely that you may have used an email id while logging into the University platform which could be different than the email id you used for enrolling in the course previously, because of which your previous course and its progress is not visible in your dashboard.
If that’s the case, I would recommend you to please log in with the email id you used previously and take a look at the My Courses Dashboard and hopefully you will be able to continue where you left off.
