If I do not finish the course on the due date, can I not receive my certificate? And if I finish the course after the due date, when new classes open, can I try to take the exam to ober the certificate? How long does it take to open new classes?

You will not get course completion certificate if you miss the due date for all labs.If you miss one or two labs you can still complete the course if you score high in final exam
You have to complete all labs/quizzes/final exam within the due date to pass the course
If you are unable to complete current course you have to register again in next round
